If the product is eligible for exchange, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to exchange the item.

Conditions for Product Exchange

You can exchange your product within 7 days of purchase, if desired.
The items must meet the following conditions; otherwise, an exchange will not be possible. The determination will be made by Exitex experts.
Product returns are not allowed, only exchanges are possible, and only for size changes or, in some cases, color changes.
The products must be in their original, new condition, with no signs of use such as stains, fading, or fragrance/body odor. Tags, labels, brand logos, buttons, and other attachments must remain intact.
Please note that this condition can only be applied once and at the customer’s own expense.

Product Exchange for Online Purchases

If you have purchased an item from the Exitex online store and wish to exchange it for a product available at one of our branches, you must contact the support team and provide your online purchase information. The necessary coordination with the branch will then be made. Afterward, Exitex support will contact you and inform you of the outcome.
